This place is amazing. I was on a cross country road trip and had issues with my truck. I told them about my issue and my timeline and they were able to get me diagnosed, get the parts and fix my truck all same day! I could not be more appreciative!! Cody is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me as he was working on the truck and Tara at the front desk was extremely communicative keeping me informed through the process. Thanks again to Jim and his team!

Dropped truck off on a Wednesday said they would get on it that week needed a head gasket and cam on a 12.7 detroit series 60 played bs games lying tool almost over 2 weeks before they finally said was in shop and head was off i ran out to there shop to see head wasn't off they just stated to tear it apart long story short took them almost 5 weeks to do a head gasket and cam played allot of phone games with me and time lies stay far from this place unless you're ok loosing 5 weeks of work and also being way over charged for labor hours

***WARNING*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Giving them a 1 star is generous. They deserve 0 stars. After they quoted me the wrong price, I still paid $3,000 for them to put my engine in, on the way home, less than 6 miles away my truck catches on fire. They towed it back to their shop and Brad, the most uneducated rude mechanic ever, said it wasn't their fault. So I paid $3,000 to drive my truck down the street just for it to catch on fire. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. EVER!! Also, while my truck was sitting there outside for weeks, waiting to be fixed, they said someone stole my radiator out of it. And said I had to pay for a new one, which I disputed and won. So because this shop is ungated, anybody can steal and damage your vehicle and they aren't responsible for it. They also sent back my old engine with new parts on it with out my permission. Mechanic said the engine company called and harassed them for old engine, but when we called the engine company they said they never called them at all. So, the shop stole my brand new parts and swapped them with old broken parts and sent it back without my knowledge or permission. When I specifically told them not to send it back because I

I have never had a worse experience. Brad botched the initial repair and kept our truck for over 2 weeks to correct his mistake. $2800 dollars later and our truck still needed repair. Their quoted cost of the additional repair was $2400. We had it repaired for $300.

my recomendation is to never use the services of this shop. they are not qualified repair shop unless it is the simplest mechanical thing to fix, anything that requires any kind of thinking of out of their scope. if you want your semi on the road, don't go there ever! after a two-month repair time, Shimandle sent me to their kick-back dealership for even more expensive services to be done claiming that they are not qualified to perform the repairs needed. great "professional" referral. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! !!!!
